Job Description
A fresh graduate job opening for administrative Assistant and sales executive, who is required to be diligent and precise in forms, reports, and invoices. Being mobile would be an asset to facilitate sales visits. Perfect Arabic spoken and written language is required, as well as good English spoken and written language.
Job Requirements
Administrative Assistant
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant and sales executive
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills of both English and Arabic
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Highly efficient in following up with clients, suppliers and other related entities
Ability to move with a personal car to follow up on sales opportunities, would be a plus
University degree
Previous experience is not necessary
