Description:
This role is to assist both departments (Operation and Marketing) in their tasks.

Main Tasks:
Marketing Coordination:
Coordinating Marketing activities and ads with Marketing Admin
Managing consumption of support ads
Creation of social media accounts for agents
Coordinating designs and self promotion activities for agents
Sending WhatsApp broadcasts

Operations Coordination:
Hospitality: Meet & Greet. Answering office phone calls
Email communication and follow up (soft copy clients’ agreements, referrals, trainings registration,
client’s communication, Primary CILs, Ambassadors)
Writing sales contracts
Databasing and assigning Client Leads on CRM

Agents Agreements and forms:
a.Buyer kit
b.Seller kit (hard copy and soft copy agreements)
Archiving contracts and documents
Reporting on Google sheets
Coordinating between office whatsapp groups
Data entry for primary sheets
Update of primary summary PDFs
Responsible for supervising on office maintenance, supplies and cleanliness

KPIs:
Meeting deadlines
Fast operation
Full ownership
Team playing

Work conditions and Other Benefits:
10 am – 6 pm
Weekends: Friday & Saturday
Employment contract
Medical Insurance – if available (after 6 months’ probation period)
