Job Description
Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times
Job Requirements
Moderate Level of English
Ability to work morning (8:30-4:30) and night shifts (3:00-11:00).
Quick Learner, ability to learn Point of Sale System
Basic Math Skills
Excellent at communicating with the customer
