Engosoft Center for Training and Engineering Consulting (an international center – Arab Gulf) specialized in training, employment and information technology services and building the capabilities and skills of human resources in the following sectors: Engineering, industrial, technical, financial, commercial and chemical, which are needed by governmental and private institutions, civil society and individuals.

Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Proactively reach out to potential customers via outbound calls to introduce our products and services.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and address any concerns or objections.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and highlight key benefits to drive sales conversions.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.

Relationship Building:
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers through active listening and effective communication.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and buying behaviors to tailor sales pitches and offers accordingly.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Sales Support and Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimize sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
Work closely with sales managers to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in a target-driven environment From +1 Year ( Training Centers – social insurance – banking sectors or relevant field )
Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities to overcome customer objections and close sales.
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish -relationships over the phone.
Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and bounce back with enthusiasm.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
