Job Description
Maintain customer databases.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Dealing directly with customers either by telephone or face-to-face.
Respond promptly to inquiries from customers involved in company projects
Handle and resolve customer complaints and follow up on customers.
Preparing contracts for new clients according to the approved forms
Archive copies of the company’s contracts
Follow-up collections with late payment customers
Organizing trips for customers to get acquainted with the company’s projects

Job Requirements
5-7 Years of Experience as a customer service representative
BA degree from a reputable University.
Excellent Microsoft Office user.
problem-solving skills
