Job Description
Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
Scan goods and collect payments
Ensure pricing is correct
Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets
Redeem stamps and coupons
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Keep reports of transactions
Process returns and checks to see if items are damaged
Answer customers’ questions and get a manager if the answer does not solve the issue
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

Job Requirements
Experience not less than one year
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Education: Bachelor of commerce
Basic Math
Interpersonal Communication/Written and Verbal Communication
Time Management
Product Knowledge
Dispute resolution

Basic (PC) Computer Knowledge
Attention to Detail
Positive Attitude

Good command of English both written and speaking

ما هي مسئوليات ومهام الكاشير
الحضور في الموعد والالتزام بالزي الرسمي للمنشأة.
الترحيب بالعملاء والابتسام في وجوههم والإشارة لوضع مشترياتهم في المكان المخصص.
إتمام عملية المسح الضوئي لكل السلع التي اشتراها العميل دون نسيان أو تكرار.
إتمام عمليات التغليف ووضع المشتريات في أكياس آمنة.
استقبال المدفوعات نقدًا أو عبر الكريديت كارد أو الشيكات والتحويلات.
عد الباقي وتسليمه للعملاء بدقة.
إصدار فواتير الشراء وتسليمها للعملاء.
القدرة على التعامل مع أجهزة وبرامج الكاشير في المواقف المختلفة ومنها إلغاء تسجيل المنتجات عند إدخالها بالخطأ.
