Sales Representative Real Estate for Oscar Developments

Responsibilities
Prospect active real estate brokers companies and facilitate the process of signing marketing contracts with these companies.
Visit real estate brokers’ companies and establish relations with real estate agents in these companies.
communicate with real estate brokers (regular visit / call / whatsapp groups )
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, closing statements etc)
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Min. 1 year prior experience of real estate (experience in New Cairo market is an advantage )
Good English language.

Salary: 5500 To 7500 EGP Per Month, Up To 1% From Monthly Sales
