Job Description
Observe any customer or visitor coming through the entrance and greet the customer with hospitality.
Figure out the customer’s query /need and guide him/her.
Obtain and verify customers’ data /license and update as needed on the system.
Determine type of visit (Booking, Walk-in, Quick service, Comeback) and distribute incoming customers to service advisors via queue management system.
Inform the customer the expected waiting time and direct him/her to the waiting area
Lead the customer to the Service Advisor.
Prepare/maintain reception documents and ensure their availability.
Escalate any prospect unsatisfied customer to the reception manager/service manager.
Receive external calls and direct them to the concerned team member.
Responsible for the daily booking report and its updates.
Organize the drop off vehicle to the customer if required.
Ongoing updates the courtesy cars fleet report

Job Requirements
1-5 years of experience in any related field.
Bachelor’s degree.
Presentable.
Customer oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Organized.
Relationship building skills.
Problem solving skills.
Excellent command of English.
