Job Description:
Provide a full secretarial and administrative support service to the operation manager
Maintain the diary and arrange appointments as necessary.
Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls.
Receive visitors to the office.
Attend and minute all board meetings and arrange for the distribution of the minutes.
Make arrangements for any meetings required by the operation manager
Work Condition :
9 Am to 5 PM
Saturday to Thursday
