Egypt and the Middle East
Rise Up Group is hiring “Customer Service” (English account).
Responsibilities
Dealing with customer issues via phone.
Handling customers and solving their problems.
provide knowledgeable answers to customers. questions about product, pricing, and availability.
work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Requirements
Graduates only.
Both genders can apply.
Ready to start immediately.
Fluency in English (B2, C1)
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, handling, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize work.
Work Conditions
Location: WFH, New Cairo, & Maadi
Rotational shifts.
