Position Summary
The Contact Center Advisor is responsible of providing timely resolution for all the queries that relates to any of the services which our Nestlé Business Services center provides to all markets either throught the phone, email or web forms.
A day in the life of…
Execute the standard support model for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 contacts for both telephonic and non telephonic contacts.
Dispatch of Tier 2 queries to the right stakeholders and timely closure of tickets
Provide inputs to manage risks, issues, escalations and change in a cost effective and timely manner to deliver the agreed KPIs and SLAs for all Contact Center services.
Provide support in the generation and publication of all relevant reports and analytics
Perform periodic activity relevant review’s with Hire to Retire process teams and the Contact Center Lead
What Will Make You Successful
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Minimum 0:2 years of experience in Customer services
Fluent in English and French
Strong Analytical Skills
Ability to work in a challenging environment
Can apply the Proactive Cooperation mindset on his/her daily tasks
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
