Telesales Representative for Infotech

Job Description
We are an export consultancy company working in the field of market research on behalf of foreign individuals and companies, We provide commercial advice and cover the whole of the Middle Eastern and Northern African region.

An opportunity is available to join a successful team.
Experience is not a must however good business sense, attention to details and ambitious personality is sufficient for us to invest in long term training.
Full training will be given

Job tasks include:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services offering using scripts.
Learn details about our services offerings.
Address any questions or issues customers may have.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need.
Answer questions about our services or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Update client records.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Working Conditions
Fixed working hours from 8;30 am to 5 pm, 2 days off Friday and Saturday.

Package includes:
Salary:
4500 To 4500 EGP Per Month, Net Salary + Bonus
Usual benefits available, insurance, contracts, etc.

Other Info:
Successful candidate will have full support and complete training.
