Administrative Officer for Riyadh Bulayhid for consulting and training services Company
Who we are
We are R.B.C. for consulting and training services, one of the companies that operate in Egypt in the field of Auditing and Accounting.
Responsibilities
Accounted for all secretarial work, Correspondence faxes, filing, and organizing manager appointments.
Receiving all office mail through the company Intranet and passing it to the person assigned to the task.
Taking meetings minutes & following up the action points to concerned employees.
Manages the day-to-day administrative affairs of the CEO, Schedules all appointments and other commitments, and Provides the CEO with background information and/or supporting documents in preparation for scheduled appointments, meetings, speaking engagements, events, etc.
Maintains an efficient and effective flow of information between the CEO’s internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of projects, plans, and priorities.
Processes prioritizes and distributes all incoming correspondence. Drafts responses for the CEO’s signature based on his instructions.
Screens incoming calls to the CEO, determining the nature of the call and whether it requires the attention of the CEO.
Whenever possible, responds to frequently asked questions or queries directly.
Makes and reviews all travel arrangements for the CEO; prepares the itinerary with confirmed meetings/events, organizes transportation & accommodation, and reconciles travel expenses.
Maintains an efficient management system that includes proper documentation and document control of office records physically and digitally.
Salary
The median salary is 6,000 – 10,000 EGP per month, this varies greatly due to the experience and academic qualifications of the candidate, and the benefits received. Medical insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days, and may also receive performance bonuses.
