نبذه عن الوظيفة
يعتبر موظف الاستقبال العنوان والواجهة الرئيسية للجهة أو الشركة التي ينتسب إليها وهو الذي يضع الانطباع الاول في نفس العميل فهو الشخص المسؤول عن تمثيل واجهة الشركة، ومن يلجأ العملاء للتحدث معه، ومن يسأله زملاء العمل عن المعلومات الخاصة بالشركة. وبجانب الرد على الاتصالات الهاتفية واستقبال الزوار، تكون مسؤوليته هي التعامل مع العملاء، وتنظيم الأحداث، وترتيب الاجتماعات.
