HR Specialist is required
Salary : 7000 to 10000 LE
Mobile allowance
Social & medical insurance after 3 months
Responsibilities:
Implement training and development plans to company employees .
Worked in start up companies before .
Designing and updating job descriptions .
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard .
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs .
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating .
Preparing and presenting social insurance requirements.
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations .
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
Requirements:
Experience: 2 – 5 years as an HR Specialist
age : 23 to 30 years old
Graduated only
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role .
Sound judgement
University Degree
Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
