Sales Support Coordinator for Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank
About us
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) Egypt is an award-winning bank that started its operations in Egypt after the acquisition of the National Bank for Development (NBD), through the Emirati consortium between Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and Emirates International Investment Company (EIIC) in 2007.
JOB PURPOSE
To contribute to the overall business objectives in line with the bank vision and strategies.
Ensure/monitor turnaround time at Risk end to end.
Follow up on each application to provide MIS by reason to monitor approval/rejection rates.
Working towards increasing the approval rate.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales/Relationship Management:
Get the original files from archiving and assess the missing documentation required.
Verifying the incomplete data with the correspondent individual; SASM’s TSM, DES’s….etc
Receive all missing documents and/or data from sales unit on daily basis.
Hand off the original files to re-process and get the proper sign off.
Follow up for each salvage case and get the credit approvals if applicable.
Ensure accuracy of data and boosting it to the bank server.
To submit accurate, complete, honest and timely reports regarding accomplishments.
Must maintain all data security and confidentiality.
Use all available resources in a proper economic and efficient manner.
Operating at all times with the highest standards of personal integrity.
