Secretary for ARX
We are looking for a well-experienced secretary to work for ARX company.

Responsibilities
Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
Typing, preparing and collating reports.
Filing.
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).

Managing databases.
Prioritizing workloads.
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.

Qualifications:
Secretarial, 3 years (Preferred).
High education required.
Administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts required.
Microsoft Office Word and Excel proficiency and the ability to quickly learn an in-house database.
Strong oral and written communication skills by telephone, email and in-person required.
The ability to adhere to client and personnel confidentiality required.

Location: Cairo, the 5th Settlement.
Job type: Full time (9 AM to 5 PM).
Salary: It will be determined upon the interview.
