Administrative Assistant for Sedra Electric
Sedra Electric is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant who will manage the below tasks
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule internal appointments
organize internal meetings and sponsor the MEMOS
follow up with the external meetings
Write and distribute email correspondence memos letters faxes and forms
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
manage Booking services
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain the filing system
Assure maintaining office policies and procedures
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to all clients internal and external
Act as the focal point for internal and external clients
follow up with the blue collar office cleansing
supervise pantry supplies
mentor the blue-collar performance
What we seek for
University degree B A A or equivalent
2 4 years experience in administration practices
Time management leadership and teamwork skills
Proficienc in MS Office
Problem solving and details oriented
Oral and writing Communication
Familiar with technology and all communication applications
Clients satisfaction and services
Multi tasking and strong organization skills
Any related courses or certificates
location 5th settlement
Working hours 9 5 Sunday Thursday
Salary 4500 EGP
