Call Center Officer For EFG Hermes
Purpose
Act as focal contact point between clients and different functions within the brokerage department. Provide assistance and information to clients over the phone.
Responsibilities
Support Customer Relations and Online Trading queues in the following:
Inform clients of tender offers, IPOs, capital increase and unified code expiration.
Explain different products and services.
Create username and password, edit orders, and review technical analysis, market news and application download.
Fulfil clients’ inquiries regarding market updates by reading the fundamental and technical analysis reports and keeping up-to-date with markets news on a daily basis.
Respond to incoming clients’ calls to cover the following
Place buy and sell orders in Egypt and UAE markets through Brokermind.
Price inquires.
Place clients’ orders/inquires for tender offers, IPOs and capital increase.
Market news, technical and fundamental reports inquires.
New accounts opening and required documents.
FX requests.
Cash requests (deposits and withdrawals).
Transfer stocks/cash from margin profiles to cash accounts and vice versa.
Bookkeeping requests.
Perform outgoing client calls to:
Follow-up on canceled orders.
Inform clients of suspicious transactions.
Handle margin contracts (Cover margin debt and Intraday with facilities closure).
Resolve clients’ complaints related to technical issues/problems and escalate any other complaints to the Compliance department for further action.
Stay up-to-date with EFSA and Corporate Actions rules and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of the role.
Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.
Ensure response to AML, CTF & sanctions inquiries in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
0 – 4 years’ experience in a similar field.
Very good command of Arabic and English.
Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Power point).
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
Able to build partnerships and work well in teams.
Can identify problems and refer/escalate complex issues to a higher level.
Ensure deliverable are always of a high quality.
Able to work under pressure.
Multi-tasker.
Account Officer License from EFSA.
