Customer Care Specialist
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business Administration preferred
1+ years of experience in customer support/service role
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone verbal communication & quick typing skills along with active listening
Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer oriented processes
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Industry experience is a plus
HR Business Partner
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology from the top universities
5-7 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist
Operational and strategic experience
Presentation skills and a good communicator
A dynamic achiever, ready to get involved and take the department to a new level of excellence, to ensure a successful and amazing experience for the customers
Excellent command of English and Arabic.
