Qualifications
Motivation to be successfulGreat customer service skills.
Be able to create and maintain customer relationships.
Strong computer & phone skills.
Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
Maintain professional business attire and appearance.
Self-starter and ability to be a great team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate all vehicle features to customer.
Match subprime customers with proper vehicles in order for them to secure a loan.
Complete yearly certifications on all new vehicles.
Coordinate dealer-to-dealer trades and controlled inventory.
Ensure maximum profitability in each transaction by up-selling finance products.
Maximize dealership sales by meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
Establish long term relationship with customers developed a pattern of repeat sales, client loyalty and referrals.
Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Crown selling process.
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network.
Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives.
Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries.
Meet daily phone and email quota.
Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot.
