Junior Accountant

As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for accounts reconciliation, registration in books, and posting journal entries. You will also be responsible for maintaining the payables and receivables accounts.

Responsibilities:
Track and monitor accounts payable or receivable
Handle the settlements of Accounts payable or receivable
Participate effectively in the month-end closure activities
Perform monthly accounts analysis
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the AP function in
accordance with records retention policies and procedures
Prepare analyses of accounts and create monthly reports
Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (English section)
Advanced level of Excel
Fluency in the English Language
0 to 1 year experience in accounting
