Call Center Representative
About the job
Handle all incoming/outgoing calls of the call center.
Provide the best possible service to both external and internal customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Handle and solve all inquiries, requests, and complaints received via all channels available.
Achieve the requested staffed time on a daily basis to minimize lost call rate.
Fully understand and adhere to company policies and procedures that generate personal and professional credibility and trust.
Resolve all customer complaints, requests, and inquiries within the pre-determined SLA’s.
Escalate problems, report suspected fraud, and provide relevant feedback to the right channels.

Job Requirements :
Males only
Undergraduates are welcomed
Very good English
Very good communication skills
1-3 years of experience in a call center environment is a must
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
The maximum age is 28
