Employee Benefits & Services Coordinator (Temporary for 6 months)
Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  2. 0-2 years’ experience in HR; hands on experience in Benefits and Services is a plus.
  3. Energetic fast learner, with a genuine interest in an HR career.
  4. Excellent numerical skills.
  5. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  6. Good command of Arabic and English.
  7. Good communication skills (written, verbal and listing).
  8. Friendly demeanor; capable of interacting positively with co-workers and service providers from a variety of backgrounds and in multiple contexts.
  9. Able to build partnerships and work well in teams.
  10. Can identify problems and refer/escalate complex issues to a higher level.
  11. Detail oriented; ensure deliverables are always of a high quality.
  12. Multi-tasker, with the ability to meet changing deadlines, and to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  13. Manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload.
